Gaining The Slight Edge Using Purium Products

I love the fact that I can peruse the internet to find the answers to questions and grow in my knowledge of ...whatever. Today I was looking for websites and blogs that had great information about coconut oil; its usages and benefits since I recently did a review on Puriums's Organic Tropic Coconut Extra Virgin Oil. Now I'd like to share a few links to other sites. (1) Food Matters and (2) Wellness Mama. These two sites have a plethora of tips, recipes, and facts about living healthfully.

So why take you to there? They have an amazing wealth of information. My hope is to get you excited about living a holistic life. If you can learn to make even small changes you'll see real differences in how you feel and that will encourage you to take another step and so on. What do small changes look like? Evaluate your situation.

  • Health (What are you experiencing? Digestion issues including a bloated gassy stomach? Are you over-weight? Do you feel sluggish? Do you care?)
  • Lifestyle (Including who you live with. How busy are you, etc.)
  • Do you have addictions that may block you from reaching your aspirations to live healthier and happier? (Smoking, Food, Drugs, Alcohol)
Any positive action is a step forward.

Look at your personal living patterns. Are you serious about living a holistic life? Take action. In The Slight Edge by Jeff Olson talks about the little things we do that change our course in life. I would liken this to a ship that gets just a few degrees off course. The result can be fatal. When we make small positive changes, however, we inevitably produce inspiring results.

What small change can you make today? Using any one the many Purium Products is a great way to change your diet*. I have been using Purium since the Spring of 2013. Recently, I had a conversation with my daughter. We talked about how my hip, knee, back, and energy level had improved. My Fibromyalgia episodes are fewer and less debilitating pain. Just saying it out loud brought me affirmative joy. I really do feel healthier. The reason it's working is that Purium is a pure organic product grown to produce the maximum nutrients in their most usable form by a company that stands behind its products.

*The definition of diet* is included here, because, so many of us think the word as only meaning that we cannot have what we want because our body isn't the way it should be (to fat) or because we have health issues (high blood pressure or allergies). You are on a diet no matter what you eat. I'd like to help you choose to eat to live and to be able to walk away from the mindset that diets are evil.
